    The Leasing Coordinator’s responsibilities will vary based on location, however strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable is preferred.


    • Provides administrative duites such as answering and managing incoming calls, faxes, and mail
    • Assists with leasing functions
    • Coordinates moving schedules
    • Interfaces with clients and responsible for responding to inquiries in a timely manner
    • Prepares notices


    • High school diploma required
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, real estate, or property management services experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • Yardi experience preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • IL Leasing License required within 120 days of hire (with assistance from DK)
