    The Administrative Assistant works with the management and leasing team to provide a great customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a personable demeanor. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative duties such as answering and managing incoming calls, faxes and email
    • Assists and support the Management Office and Leasing Department with  tasks, such as preparing move-in paperwork, re-stock prospect refreshments, and filing
    • Interfaces with prospects and residents and responsible for responding to inquiries in a timely manner
    • Prepares notices and resident communications

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma required
    • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, real estate or property management services experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
    • Yardi experience, preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Must be able to work weekends
