    The Garage staff reports directly to the Garage Supervisor and to the Property Manager, and will be responsible for greeting residents, owners, vendors and guests, and ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. The ability to multi-task while keeping a positive attitude is crucial. Strong communication and organizational skills are also key. 

    Responsibilities

    • Greeting owners, residents, guests, and vendors
    • Parking and retrieving vehicles
    • Keeping the garage clean and tidy
    • Keep log of parking activity during a work shift

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED equivalency
    • Must have a valid US drivers license
    • Proficiency in basic computer operation
    • Previous garage valet experience preferred
    • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment which may require working holidays, weekends and nights (based on needs at site location)
