    The Renewal Coordinator will be handling all renewals for the community. Responsibilities include communicating lease renewals to residents via phone or email correspondences, sending leases to residents, and ensure leases are returned. Strong verbal and written communication skills desired. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial.


    • Complies with local and federal Fair Housing Standards
    • Responsible for updating resident database and paperwork
    • Process renewals
    • Responds to residents’ inquiries


    • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience preferred
    • Leasing license required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • Yardi experience preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Approachable and friendly demeanor
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
