    The Talent Acquisition Associate will provide full-cycle recruiting services to hiring managers by proactively seeking leads through research, sourcing and engaging prospect candidates.

    Responsibilities

    • Creates appropriate recruiting strategy based on the position requirements
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting process to include posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, performing and reviewing background and reference checks
    • Oversee all talent sourcing needs for multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
    • Identify alternative and effective candidate sourcing and recruiting channels
    • Maintain and manage all corporate and reimbursed job requisitions and status updates
    • Deliver qualified candidates within the target compensation range
    • Extend offers and negotiate salary with potential hires in collaboration with hiring managers and HR
    • Prepare weekly candidate activity summary reports

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2 years of previous recruiting experience
    • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and work independently
    • Must possess superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Knowledge of real estate and finance industries is a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Experience with ATS iCIMS preferred
    • Experience utilizing a variety of innovative sourcing techniques
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and keep sensitive information secure
    • Ability to manage relationships and work efficiently with hiring managers
    • Must have working knowledge of Recruiting industry rules, federal/state regulations and practices
