    Draper and Kramer is seeking a full-time Summer Maintenance Helper. They will report directly to the Assistant Property Manager of Residential Services, and while specific responsibilities will vary based on location, they will be responsible for communcation of the Association's rules regarding amentities with special emphasis on the Sun deck and swimming pool areas.   Amenities attendants perform general cleaning of the grills, patio furniture, pool deck, removal of refuse, sweeping and dusting of amenities, monitior and secure public and restricted access areason areas, document and report all incidents to the Management Office. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while keeping a positive attitude are crucial.


    This is a seasonal position available through September 15, 2018. Shift Schedule:  Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3pm - 11pm. 

    Candidates may be eligible for cross training for vacation relief positions in other departments including janitorial, Front Desk - Door Staf and Receiving Staff.


    • Communicate rules, document incidents and prepare reports
    • Cleaning of sundeck and pool deck furnishings.  Secure furnishing during highwinds.
    • Cleaning of grills as needed.  Monitor and replace propane tanks
    • Police exterior grounds.  Maintain curb appeal.
    • Assist with Special events and Meetings.
    • Monitor and maintain refuse.  Monitor and maintain restrooms  
    • Cleaning of common areas including lobby, sun deck, fitness center, party/media room, business center, restrooms, break room (as applicable)
    • Relieve door staff, rel for lunch and breaks as needed
    • Assist in maintenance and medical emergencies as needed


    • Good Communication and Customer Serivice Skills.
    • Prior Front Desk/Concierge experience a plus
    • Experience working in recreational or facilities management
    • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment which may require working holidays, weekends and nights based on needs at site location and in cases of emergency
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Being able to follow instructions
