    The Payroll Analyst supports HR transactional functions with a concentration in the payroll function and service. This role is responsible for all aspects of payroll including regulatory review, year-end processing, and payroll register audits. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing payroll processes, reporting and working with thrid-party payments including garnishments, payroll tax, 401(k) contributions, and H&W benefit billing. The ideal candidate has experience managing payroll for a minimum of 200 employes in a corporate work environment with a large payroll processing company such as Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, etc.



    • Responsible for populating, compiling, reviewing and auditing benefits deductions and payroll-related data
    • Processing of accurate and timely payrolls including review and audit of files and reports
    • Manages the process to withhold, remit and report HR-related third party payments including garnishments, payroll tax, 401(k) contributions and H&W benefit billing
    • Process manual payroll adjustments after verification and approval process has taken place
    • Point of contact for payroll issues and responds to payroll related inquiries from employees, management, and outside agencies
    • Responsible for payroll-related reporting including regulatory review, year-end processing and annual company-related audits
    • Collaborate regularly with HR, Operations and other input points to ensure orderly flow of data to preserve data integrity
    • Responsible for reconciliation, reporting and payment oversight of payroll taxes processed by third party vendor
    • Documents new processes and keeps existing documentation current
    • Acts in compliance with applicable state and Federal wage and hour laws
    • Generates reports as neededOperates in compliance with all local, state and Federal laws as well as Company policy and compliance standards
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred
    • 3-5 years of processing payroll in a corporate environment is preferred
    • In-house payroll experience for a minimum of 200 employees
    • Previous experience Ceridian Dayforce or other large payroll processing vendors (ADP, Paycor, etc.)
    • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles including journal entries
    • Expert knowledge and skills with Excel required
    • Strong analytical, time managment, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Must be detail-orientated
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and work on multiple projects
    • Ability to master new systems and task quickly
