    Draper and Kramer is  looking for an experienced Luxury Leasing Consultant to join our team at our ultra-luxury, brand new lease up high rise in the  gorgeous upscale Gold Coast neighborhood. This position will serve as a hybrid between a Residential Sales and Leasing Agent. Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial.

    Responsibilities

    Leasing

    • Complies with local and federal Fair Housing Standards
    • Touring prospects
    • Maintain product and market knowledge for the property and competitors
    • Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase leads
    • Convert prospect leads to residents
    • Ensure guest cards are complete, entered into the property management software
    • Respond and Follow up for prospects/resident inquires  
    • Ensure leasing office, tour path, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community is pleasing to all 5 senses and is impeccably clean, if necessary spot cleaning to

     

    Resident Relations

    • First class customer service relationship maintenance with prospects and residents
    • Manage and resolve resident concerns
    • Monitor and Update Work Orders
    • Plan, organize and conduct resident functions

     

    Administrative

    • Accurately prepare and knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork, from the
    • application process through move out. This includes processing housing applications, preparing move in information, lease files, renewal letters and renewal leases, and move out requests
    • Assist in acting as a Risk Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and property
    • Routine property inspections
    • General clerical assistance including but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, managing the facilities/work orders in the property management software and filing

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience required
    • Superior sale skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • Yardi experience preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Approachable and friendly demeanor
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion
    • Verbal, math and reasoning skills
    • Must be able to work with all levels of employees
