    Draper and Kramer Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a luxury high-rise condominium. The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, employee management and communications. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in office management/administration or project management. The Operations Manager's role is to work with the Property Manager and Ownership in the general administration of the property and perform all related operational administrative and accounting functions to ensure operational excellence.


    • Responsible for the supervision of union building staff and payroll processing.

    • Provide outstanding customer service for all residents; develop and maintain open lines of verbal and written communications. 

    • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating window replacement, In-unit remodeling projects, leak inspections, telephone and cable riser maintenance and repairs. 

    • Assist in technology upgrades and other efforts to implement new systems, methods and procedures. 

    • Attends Board/Committee meetings (after hours).Assists with Report Preparation. Serve as Staff Liaison to Committee. 

    • Assist with financial analysis and reporting, accounts payable/receivable, bid/contract management and vendor relations. 

    • Develop and implement procedures

    • Conduct Property inspections

    • Coordinate Special Projects and Capital Improvements. 

    • Other duties as assigned


    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management

    • Capital Project Management or Systems Implementation experience a plus

    • Experience developing policies and procedure manuals, a plus

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (MSWord, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Access)

    • Yardi, Ceridian, PayScan and/or BuildingLink experience a plus

    • IL-CAM license required

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

    • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task and have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
