    Draper and Kramer, Incorporated has an opportunity at one of our associations for an experienced Condominium Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the property’s operations, resident retention, financial matters, employee management and reporting to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in property management, excellent communication skills and possess an active CAM license.


    • Responsible for the supervision and management functions of all building staff including administrative and maintenance personnel
    • Provides exceptional customer service to residents and follows through on all request
    • Attends after hour meetings, property inspections, audits and emergencies
    • Updates and maintains operation procedure manual for the property including guidelines for all staff employees, contractors, fire safety guidelines, annual meetings, etc
    • Manages delinquency policies and procedures for the Association
    • Oversees vendor relations and ensures completion of projects in a timely manner
    • Evaluates bids for the Board of Directors
    • Responsible for weekly management updates to the Board of Directors
    • Completes monthly financial variance reports for the Board of Directors
    • Maintains and produces monthly management and activity reports
    • Prepares annual budget with the assistance of the Property Supervisor
    • Manages and develops the annual calendar of projects and deadlines
    • Completes monthly financial variance reports for the Board of Directors
    • Available for on-call 24/7
    • Prepare weekly staff schedules


    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to maintain professional disposition while exercising judgment and discretion in work
    • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work with all levels of employees
    • CAM license required
    • Understands financial statements and balance sheets
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
    • Yardi experience
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a luxury high-rise Property Manager
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies and build business plans
