Draper and Kramer is looking for a Leasing Agent at one of our properties right outside of downtown Dallas. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are crucial in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized tours to prospective residents and lease apartments in compliance with local and federal Fair Housing standards
  • Prepare and manage new and existing lease files and update the resident database to ensure accuracy
  • Respond to all prospect inquiries by providing helpful and thoughtful information about the community and neighborhood
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and other customers
  • Conduct inspections of vacant apartments

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience required
  • Flexible to work weekends as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Approachable and friendly demeanor
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work with all levels of employees
